This product works quite well. The narrow stem allows anal-play beginners to comfortably and easily clean themselves out. Reusable and easy to clean. The red bulb is a bit bigger than I thought it would be (about the size of your fist when balled up), but that wasn't necessarily a downside, just an observation.
