Great until it falls apart - don't waste your money on Doc Johnson products

We've bought two of these Doc Johnson vibrators. The battery compartment fell apart after two or three uses. We didn't drop it or even place it on hard surfaces. Months later, because we really liked it when it did work, we purchased another one and taped the battery compartment with electrical tape to keep it from falling apart. This time, the vibration died. All of the wires are intact, we tried several sets of fresh batteries but it's just plain dead. We contacted Doc Johnson and they never responded.
