All orders are packaged in a plain box with absolutely no indication as to the contents or nature of your order.
Although we cannot guarantee same day shipping, since delays and backorders do occur, most orders received before 2:00PM EST on business days are shipped the same day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day. Next Day and 2-3 Day shipments will obviously be slowed up by a day when there is a Monday Holiday.

International orders are shipped Global Express Mail. This allows us to track the packages through customs and to their destinations. Generally, these orders will get to you in about a week, but can take up to a month..

If we feel that it is too risky to ship the items to you, we will credit your charge card and let you know that the order will not be shipped**Some rural addresses may take two days to reach their destinations. If there is any question, please give us a call, and we can let you know when to expect your shipment.Checking the Status of Your Order
To check the status of your order, go to our Order Tracking page. You will be asked for the Email address and password that you used when you first placed your order. This page is updated every time the status of your order changes.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an Email confirmation which will include the tracking number and/or the method of shipping. If you do not receive this confirmation Email, please Email us at admin@pleasuremenow.com, and we will send you your tracking number. Most tracking information is sent on the same day that the order is shipped, but, depending on the method of shipping, you might not receive a confirmation email for a couple of days. If this happens, the shipment date will be included in the email.
