1. Trim or shave any hair that might interfere with the vacuum seal on the base of the pump.

2. Slide your erect penis into the pump. For safety, always make sure to start pumping sessions with an erect penis.

3. Lubricant helps with inserting your penis, as well as providing a better seal for the vacuum to work.

4. Start pumping! Increase the pressure slowly. If you see discoloration, feel pain or discomfort, use the quick release valve to immediately release the pressure. Don't pump again for at least 48 hours.
