Refund and Return Policy

Gift Returns

  • If your item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, we’ll issue a gift credit for the return value. Once received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the buyer instead, we’ll send the refund directly to the original buyer.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for their return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you’re refunded, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Shipping times for exchanges may vary based on your location.
  • For higher-value items, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your return.
